Otak memiliki pusat humor. Terkadang, seseorang yang mengalami kerusakan otak pada lobus frontal tidak bisa merespon humor.

Anda tidak bisa mendengar percakapan telepon di ruangan bising. Hal ini karena otak tidak dapat membedakan kebisingan latar belakang (background noise) dari suara di telepon.
